SuperGG.com announces a $3.5m investment in British Game Studio Bonsai Collective
We are happy to announce our new partnership with Bonsai Collective, a British games development studio which focuses on crafting immersive action-adventure games. This partnership not only includes financial investment in the studio’s growth and prosperity, but SuperGG.com will also publish the first title from the developer, an unannounced first-person shooter.

Formed by three games industry experts, Hollie Emery (Overcooked, Yoku’s Island Express), Benni Hill (Ether One, Q.U.B.E 2, Duskers, Lost Words: Beyond the Page), and Harry Corr (Q.U.B.E 2), Bonsai Collective is a game development studio founded in 2019. Their mission is to create original game universes where players can explore and engage through classic and expressive play.

“At Super, our major goal is to find studios and tech startups, which we believe have eminent leadership and are destined for greatness. We want to help the industry become better for gamers, developers and investors alike.” commented Oleg Sambikin, CEO of SuperGG.com. “With Bonsai Collective we have found a partner who we can help grow and reach their full potential and we are thrilled to be working with them and their award-winning team on their latest endeavor.”

“Bonsai Collective started its journey with the goal of crafting diverse game worlds, where stories that trust the players' engagement can be explored through expressive gameplay”, said Hollie Emery. “We are excited to embark on this journey with Super.com as our investment partner and publisher. Now, we are looking forward to growing our studio, with a focus on team wellbeing and diversity, as we develop our first title and original IP.”
